Now Hiring: IB Instructors – Online or Seoul-based
Are you passionate about helping IB students reach their full potential?
We're an established IB academy based in Seoul with a strong track record of guiding students through Internal Assessments, Extended Essays, and academic excellence across all subjects. We are currently expanding our team and looking for experienced, committed instructors who can contribute to student success both online and in person.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work with highly motivated students on:
•
Academic Support: Subject tutoring, IA/EE coaching, exam prep, and holiday intensives
•
Student Progress Management: Feedback reports, mock exams, error analysis, and parent consultations
•
Optional: Curriculum planning, video lectures, and content creation
Who We're Looking For
•
IB specialists who take ownership of student outcomes
•
University graduates or postgraduates (Master’s level or above preferred)
•
Available part-time or full-time
•
Based in Korea or comfortable working remotely
Work Conditions
•
Contract Term: Minimum 1 year
•
Working Days: 2–6 days/week (negotiable)
•
Hours:

Term time: 10–30 hours/week

Holiday periods: up to 40 hours/week

Pay: Hourly or guaranteed base (discussed during interview)
•
Location: Gangnam (in-person) or fully remote
